PART I – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
Welcome to Yeruu Lodge ("the Lodge", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.yeruu.com, all reservations made through our website, email, telephone, social media, online travel agencies, or any other booking channel, together with your stay at Yeruu Lodge and participation in any activities or services provided by us.
By making a reservation, visiting our website, purchasing any service, or staying at Yeruu Lodge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not make a reservation or use our services.
These Terms apply to every guest listed on a reservation. The person making the booking confirms that they have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of every member of their travelling party.

Throughout these Terms, references to "Yeruu Lodge" include Nomad Nature Camp LLC, its employees, contractors, guides, representatives and affiliated service providers where applicable.
3. Acceptance of Terms
A booking becomes legally binding once:
we have confirmed your reservation; and
any required payment has been successfully received.
Until a booking confirmation has been issued, availability and prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking where:
payment cannot be verified;
fraudulent activity is suspected;
required information has not been provided;
the reservation breaches these Terms;
we reasonably believe the booking may disrupt other guests or our operations.
4. Minimum Age
The minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years.
Guests under 18 years of age must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times during their stay.
Parents and legal guardians remain fully responsible for the safety, behaviour and supervision of children.
5. Reservations
Reservations may be made through:

Telephone
Social media
Approved travel agencies
Online booking platforms
Tour operators
A reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed by Yeruu Lodge.
Special requests, including room preferences, dietary requirements, accessibility requests, transportation requests or activity preferences cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing.
6. Prices
Unless otherwise stated:
Prices are quoted in Mongolian Tögrög (MNT).
Prices include applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice until a reservation has been confirmed.
Promotional prices cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Pricing errors caused by technical issues, system failures or obvious mistakes may be corrected prior to confirmation.
7. Payment
Payment may be made using approved payment methods offered during the booking process.
Payments made through our website are securely processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Yeruu Lodge does not store complete payment card information.
Reservations requiring prepayment will only be confirmed after successful payment.
If payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
8. Deposit
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Reservations remain provisional until the required deposit has been received.
Where full payment is required at booking, this will be clearly communicated before payment is made.
9. Remaining Balance
Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of any deposit already paid.
10. Cancellation Policy
Unless a different cancellation policy has been confirmed in writing:
More than 14 days before arrival
Reservations cancelled more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled arrival date receive a full refund of payments made.
Within 14 days before arrival
Reservations cancelled within fourteen (14) days before arrival are non-refundable.
11. No-Show
Failure to arrive without prior written agreement constitutes a no-show.
No-shows are charged 100% of the reservation value.
Rooms may be released for resale after the scheduled arrival date.
12. Early Departure
Once check-in has taken place, the reservation becomes fully non-refundable.
If a guest:
leaves early,
shortens their stay,
chooses not to use booked services,
changes travel plans,
no refund or credit will be provided for unused accommodation, meals, transfers or activities unless required by applicable law.
13. Reservation Changes
Reservation changes are subject to availability.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee availability.
Price differences may apply.
Changes requested within the non-refundable cancellation period may be treated as cancellations.
14. Force Majeure
Yeruu Lodge shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
severe weather
flooding
wildfire
landslides
road closures
government restrictions
pandemics
epidemics
war
civil unrest
labour disputes
utility failures
fuel shortages
transportation disruptions
supplier failures
acts of nature
Where such events occur, we may:
modify itineraries;
substitute services;
postpone activities;
delay transportation;
cancel reservations if necessary for safety.
Refunds, if any, will be determined in accordance with applicable law and our contractual obligations.
15. Check-In
Standard check-in time is:
15:00
Early check-in may be available depending on occupancy but cannot be guaranteed.
Government-issued identification may be required at check-in.
Foreign guests may be required to provide passport information as required by Mongolian law.
16. Check-Out
Standard check-out time is:
11:00
Late check-out may be available upon request.
Additional charges may apply.
Failure to vacate the accommodation after the agreed departure time may result in additional accommodation charges.
17. Room Allocation
While every effort is made to allocate the room category reserved, Yeruu Lodge reserves the right to substitute accommodation with an equivalent or higher category where operationally necessary.
Such substitutions do not entitle guests to compensation.
Room photographs shown on the website are representative only.
Individual rooms may vary in layout, furnishings and decoration.
18. Maximum Occupancy
Guests may not exceed the published maximum occupancy for any accommodation unit.
Additional guests may only stay with prior written approval.
Unauthorized occupancy may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the reservation.
19. Visitor Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests, unregistered visitors are permitted only with prior approval from management.
Visitors must comply with all Lodge policies and may be required to leave the premises at any time at management's discretion.
20. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
behave respectfully toward staff and other guests;
follow all reasonable instructions provided by Lodge personnel;
comply with safety rules;
supervise children;
respect wildlife;
protect the natural environment;
use facilities responsibly;
report any damage immediately.
Guests remain financially responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their party.
21. Guest Conduct
Yeruu Lodge is committed to providing a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, employees, contractors, local residents and wildlife at all times.
The following behaviour is not permitted:
Harassment, discrimination or abusive behaviour.
Violence or threats of violence.
Excessive intoxication causing disturbance.
Illegal drug use or possession.
Damage to property.
Theft.
Dangerous behaviour that may endanger other guests, staff or animals.
Excessive noise that disturbs other guests.
Failure to follow safety instructions.
Management reserves the right to require any guest engaging in unacceptable behaviour to leave the property immediately without refund.
22. Respect for Nature
Yeruu Lodge is located in a protected natural environment.
Guests agree to:
Respect wildlife.
Stay on marked paths where instructed.
Dispose of waste responsibly.
Avoid disturbing animals.
Refrain from collecting plants, rocks or natural materials.
Follow all environmental instructions provided by staff.
Guests may be held responsible for environmental damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
23. Activities
Yeruu Lodge offers a variety of outdoor experiences including, but not limited to:
Horse riding
Kayaking
Hiking
Nature walks
Wildlife experiences
Cultural activities
Campfire experiences
Seasonal activities
Participation is voluntary and entirely at the guest's own risk.
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated.
Guests acknowledge these risks before participating.
24. Physical Fitness
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in booked activities.
Certain activities may require reasonable levels of mobility, balance or fitness.
Guests must disclose any medical condition that could affect their participation.
Yeruu Lodge reserves the right to refuse participation where staff reasonably believe an activity may present a danger to the guest or others.
25. Horse Riding
Horse riding involves inherent risks including serious injury or death.
Before participating, guests agree that:
They understand the risks.
They will follow all instructions from guides.
They will wear safety equipment provided.
They will not intentionally place themselves or others at unnecessary risk.
Guests may not ride while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Weight limits, age restrictions or experience requirements may apply.
Yeruu Lodge reserves the right to refuse participation if considered necessary for the welfare of guests or horses.
26. Water Activities
Kayaking and other water-based activities depend on river conditions and weather.
Activities may be cancelled, shortened or modified without notice where safety requires.
Guests must:
Wear flotation devices when instructed.
Follow guide instructions at all times.
Inform staff of swimming ability where requested.
27. Activity Changes
Activity schedules may change because of:
Weather
River conditions
Wildlife
Staff availability
Mechanical issues
Safety concerns
Government restrictions
Other operational reasons
Such changes do not automatically entitle guests to refunds.
Where practical, reasonable alternatives will be offered.
28. Shuttle Service
Yeruu Lodge may operate complimentary shuttle services on selected routes and selected days.
Schedules may change without notice.
Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point before departure.
The shuttle cannot wait for late arrivals.
Missed departures caused by guests are considered no-shows.
29. Private Transfers
Private transfers may be arranged subject to availability.
Quoted transfer times are estimates only.
Road conditions, weather, traffic, fuel availability and other circumstances may affect travel times.
Yeruu Lodge is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.
30. Transportation Delays
Transportation may occasionally be delayed because of:
Weather
Road conditions
Vehicle breakdown
Government restrictions
Traffic
Fuel shortages
Accidents
Reasonable efforts will be made to minimise inconvenience.
31. Restaurant
Restaurant opening hours may vary seasonally.
Menus may change without notice depending on seasonal availability and supply.
Certain dishes may occasionally be unavailable.
32. Dietary Requirements
Guests should inform us of allergies or dietary requirements before arrival.
While every reasonable effort is made to accommodate dietary requests, Yeruu Lodge cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Cross-contamination may occur.
Guests with severe allergies remain responsible for assessing the suitability of meals.
33. Outside Food and Beverages
Unless specifically approved by management:
Outside food and beverages may not be consumed in restaurant, bar or other designated dining areas.
Alcohol not purchased from the Lodge may not be consumed in public areas.
Management may make exceptions for medical or infant nutrition requirements.
34. Bar Service
Alcohol will only be served to persons legally permitted to consume alcohol.
Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated persons.
Responsible alcohol consumption is expected.
35. Smoking
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes where prohibited, is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
Smoking inside rooms, gers or buildings is strictly prohibited.
Guests may be charged for:
Deep cleaning
Odour removal
Fire safety responses
Damage caused by smoking
Additional charges may apply where smoking results in rooms being unavailable for subsequent guests.
36. Fire Safety
Open flames are prohibited except where specifically permitted by staff.
Guests must immediately report:
Fire
Smoke
Gas leaks
Unsafe conditions
Tampering with fire safety equipment is prohibited.
37. Pets
Pets may only stay with prior written approval.
Additional conditions may apply.
Owners remain fully responsible for:
Behaviour
Cleaning
Damage
Supervision
Aggressive animals or animals causing disturbance may be required to leave.
38. Personal Property
Guests remain responsible for their own belongings throughout their stay.
This includes:
Cash
Electronics
Cameras
Passports
Jewellery
Sporting equipment
Luggage
Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure.
39. Lost Property
Items found after departure will be retained for a reasonable period where practical.
Returned property will normally be shipped at the owner's expense.
Yeruu Lodge cannot guarantee recovery of lost items.
Perishable, hazardous or low-value items may be disposed of without notice.
40. Damage to Property
Guests are financially responsible for damage caused intentionally or negligently by themselves or members of their party.
This includes damage to:
Accommodation
Furniture
Equipment
Vehicles
Animals
Landscaping
Buildings
Fixtures
Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest.
41. Parking
Parking is provided at the guest's own risk.
Yeruu Lodge accepts no responsibility for:
Theft
Damage
Accidents
Weather-related damage
Guests should ensure vehicles are securely locked.
42. Internet Access
Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience only.
Because of our remote location, internet services may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted or slower than expected.
Yeruu Lodge does not guarantee uninterrupted internet access.
43. Electricity
Yeruu Lodge operates in a remote environment.
Temporary interruptions to electricity, heating, water supply or internet may occasionally occur due to weather, maintenance or technical issues.
We will make every reasonable effort to restore services as quickly as possible.
44. Wildlife
Wild animals naturally inhabit the surrounding area.
Guests must never:
Feed wildlife.
Approach wild animals.
Disturb nests or habitats.
Ignore staff instructions regarding wildlife safety.
45. Drone Use
Drone flights may only be conducted with prior written permission from management and in compliance with applicable Mongolian laws and aviation regulations.
Guests are responsible for obtaining any permits required by authorities.
46. Photography
Yeruu Lodge may occasionally capture photographs or video in public areas for promotional purposes.
Guests who prefer not to appear in such material should notify management before or during their stay.
We will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests.
47. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yeruu Lodge shall not be liable for:
Indirect losses.
Consequential losses.
Loss of enjoyment.
Missed transport connections.
Lost income.
Business interruption.
Personal belongings lost, stolen or damaged.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
48. Indemnity
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yeruu Lodge, Nomad Nature Camp LLC, its employees, contractors and representatives against claims arising from:
Breach of these Terms.
Negligent conduct.
Illegal acts.
Damage caused by the guest or members of their party.
49. Force Majeure
Where events beyond our reasonable control prevent or substantially affect the operation of the Lodge, Yeruu Lodge may cancel, postpone or modify reservations without liability except where required by law.
50. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mongolia.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mongolia unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
51. Changes to These Terms
Yeruu Lodge reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version published on www.yeruu.com at the time of booking shall apply to that reservation unless otherwise required by law.
