Here is some helpful information about your stay with us. If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Shops- Because we are in a remote area make sure to have done your shopping beforehand. There won’t be any shops nearby.
Spa- The spa will open this summer and will be free of charge. Here we offer relaxing massage, sauna, swimming pool and relaxation rooms.
Reception- The reception will be open 24/7 for your convenience. So, if you have any questions we are always here to help.
Charging devices- There will be an outlet in your ger for you to charge your devices.
Wi-fi- There will be wi-fi available in the restaurant, but please be understanding that it might not always have perfect reception as we are in a remote area.
Payment- You pay for you accommodation/package upon booking. Other purchases at camp will be put on your tab and you pay at check-out. You can always check your tab and balance, just come see the reception.
We do take cash but would appreciate if you pay by card.
Cancellation policy- You pay the whole amount when booking. If you’ve bought a package holiday with us, you will have to send a cancellation notice to us 3 weeks prior your date of arrival. Send this to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will get an 80% refund.
If you’ve booked accommodation only you will have to notify us within one week prior to arrival and you will get an 80% refund. If you’ve booked within the cancellation period, please note there will be no refund of cancelling your stay with us.
